Replacement Policy

Products are not refundable. Only replacements are available in the case of damaged or broken products.


How to Request a Replacement

We will initiate the replacement process within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Replacements will be shipped using the same delivery address as the original order.


Conditions for Replacement

To qualify for a replacement:

Replacements will not be approved for the following cases:

Gifts

If the product was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, a gift credit will be issued upon receipt of the returned product. If the product was not marked as a gift or was sent to the purchaser first, the replacement will be issued to the purchaser.
